Back Market

Back Market tasked us with delivering a scalable UK creator program that targeted the brand's key lifestyle, price savvy and sustainability focused communities to help drive brand awareness and consideration.

In collaboration with the team at Back Market and our panel of creators, we developed an editorial framework to codify the key hooks, problems, solutions and benefits of refurbished tech - pinpointing the needs and motivations of our three bespoke audiences.

Each of our creators were tasked with creating a suite of four 9:16 assets, which our team were then able to seamlessly adapt and optimise across multiple formats transforming them into 360 variations, ensuring Back Market were able to test every element of the creative.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we reviewed and optimised the campaign in fortnightly sprints. This process ensured that the creative found a clear audience at their time of need whilst underlining the value, trust and authority of Back Market ahead of the key Q4 sales period.
