After senior sales and marketing roles at Walkers Crisps and Coca-Cola, he was then Senior Vice President at EMI Music before joining Creative Artists Agency, the world’s leading talent agency, leading brand endorsements for some of the world’s top music and entertainment stars.

After founding Talent & Brands in 2018, he has since built up an enviable management roster of leading creators and industry voices, as well as brokering commercial partnerships for A-list talent

Tom Sneddon, Managing Partner

Over 15 years of experience working at leading social and influencer agencies such as Isobar, Ogilvy and VCCP.

Former clients include The Guardian, Heineken and Manchester United.

Helped launch TikTok across EMEA, leading the platform’s release across 19 markets over the course of 2 years and growing the brand’s In-house creator team.
