Tom Sneddon, Managing Partner

Tom oversees the social division of the Atomic Supernova having held multiple Head of Social roles at agencies such as Ogilvy, VCCP and helping launch TikTok across EMEA.

Tom has over 15 years of social first experience, helping create some of the most talked-about ideas for brands including Google, Virgin Money, Strongbow, Krispy Kreme and 3 Mobile.

Hayley Smith, Social Strategist

Hayley specialises in crafting data-driven strategies and has a proven track record of creating innovative creator campaigns. 

With over 6 years of experience in social strategy, she has worked with a diverse range of well-known food and drinks brands, including Marco Pierre White Restaurants and Mirabeau Wines.

Maja Jarosz, Talent Executive

Maja has worked in the social talent industry for 3 years, representing a wide variety of social creators, across numerous different categories from fashion and beauty to travel, home and lifestyle content.

She has also managed the social content and channels for a variety of social media talent including Mollie Campsie, a plus size fashion model, and Alice Living, a celebrated women’s fitness creator.
