Greater Anglia and Stansted Express have reappointed Atomic London as their integrated creative agency.
Atomic successfully defended the account, which has been renewed, against two other creative shops.
The creative agency will continue its five-year relationship with the rail operator. It has been briefed to develop Greater Anglia's hare character mascot, create a new brand platform, build brand awareness, drive ticket sales and improve the train operator's net promoter scores.
The agency's new work for the client will roll out in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Atomic will also build on the ‘transformational brand journey of the last five years to create real and lasting behaviour change amongst key audiences, improve value-for-money perceptions, and break down barriers to more frequent travel, whilst driving growth in digital ticketing and increasing journeys’.
David Metherell, Greater Anglia's head of commercial development, said: "Continuing on from a highly effective five years of working together in partnership, the entire Greater Anglia team is very excited about the future opportunities that Atomic London will bring for both the Greater Anglia and Stansted Express brands. Our ongoing collaboration promises to deliver exceptional results and growth."
Greater Anglia is owned by Transport UK Group (formerly Abellio UK), which also owns East Midlands Railway, Merseyrail and West Midlands Railway. It started working with Atomic in 2019.
Louise Rudaizky, Atomic London's Managing Director, said: “The agency was "delighted to have the opportunity to continue our work with Greater Anglia and Stansted Express".
